Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Expert In-home supports
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help or supervision with daily tasks to help you live as independently as possible. SIL is paid personal supports, which includes assistance cooking meals, and personal care tasks, which happens, or is located in your home, which can be by yourself or with other people.
Sunnysights Independent Living has extensive expertise as a SIL housing provider, whereby we support people with complex needs.
Our comprehensive onboarding and training delivery means we understand the care, compassion and professionalism involved in supporting people who require significant help throughout the day.

Day programs or Community Participation is the support of people with a disability to access and engage in their community. NDIS Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
Tailored accommodation for up to 90 days
Sunnysights understands the importance of finding the right home. That's why we offer shorter-term (up to 90 days) of medium-term accommodation (MTA) whilst we secure long term accommodation (SIL) and build a professional and sustainable team of supports around you.

A comprehensive library of over 100 modules focussed on building the capabilities of disability support workers., Such as financial management, care plans, incident reporting and much more,
NDIS Practice Standards
Focussing on the rights and responsibilities for Participants. Support staff are trained in human rights, infection control, manual handling, professional boundaries, risk management, understanding abuse and much more
Crisis Prevention Institute
Sunnysights staff have access to in-house Crisis Intervention Training (formerly MAPA) which focuses on intervention strategies for physical restrictive practices.
